Responsible for promoting hospital services to internal and external doctors; In charge of strengthening the referral activities; promoting new services, promos and packages to the doctors. Assists the Customer Care Head and the VP for Business Planning & Development in identifying, developing, formulating and generating business opportunities for Manila Doctors Hospital through internal and external doctors and nearby medical facilities.
The Doctors Relations Head plans, implements, monitors, evaluates and enhances strategies to increase the engagement of internal Doctors of Manila Doctors Hospital and external doctors from nearby medical facilities. Manages the hospital’s relationship with the Doctors; monitors the referrals and utilization of the Doctors; Conducts regular meetings, activities and programs with the Doctors to ensure continued patronage and good relations.

Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree

Technical Skills or Particular Experience:
Technical knowledge on Sales and Marketing; Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent oral and written communication; Ability to speak Hokkien or Mandarin is a definite advantage;
