1.To ensure all journal entries in the HITs system are accurately key in for the preparation of monthly accounts, and approved by Accountant/ FM.
2.To ensure all supporting schedules are accurate and tally with the financial statement on monthly basis.
3.To ensure the accuracy of the GL balance with the sub-ledgers in the system are tally.
4.To finalize monthly financial statement comprising TB,PL & BS
5.To check on the bank reconciliation and ensure all reconciling items resolved in the subsequent month.
6.To check on creditors reconciliation done by accounts clerk to ensure all reconciling items resolved the subsequence month
7.To verify amount of cheques and cash banked in on daily basis
8.To assist and supervise accounts clerk in their daily work to ensure accuracy.
9.To check all payment vouchers before submitting to the accountant for verification.
10.To verify refund to patients
11.To verify petty cash claims
12.To prepare letters for any cheque returned
13.To assist Accountant & Finance manager in interim and year end auditing and statutory income tax filing
14.To compile the monthly report from other services such HR,Nursing & Marketing to include in the management report for review by the GM and submission to HQ
15.Assist the Accountant on the compilation of information from other service to compile annual budget.
16.To prepare weekly and monthly cash flow
17.To perform any other relevant duties as and when required by Superior
18.To ensure SPP adhere at all time.
Minimum Education Level:
Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
Minimum Years of Experience:
Technical Skills or Particular Experience:
1. Posses Degree In Accountancy
2. Prefer 2 years experience in Accounting Department
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Able to work independently with minimum supervision, hardworking, meticulous, team player, initiative, integrity, flexibility and analytical ability.
Good in communication skills in English & Malay. Pleasant disposition.
